Schulz S.A. is taking a necessary step to make its specific business activities even more transparent.
As of July 4, the Compressor Division’s entire operational and commercial structure will have its own corporate name and a new National Registry of Legal Entities (CNPJ): Schulz Compressores S.A., registered under CNPJ 23.635.798-0001-43.
The change seeks to segment Schulz’s businesses, respecting the particularities of the Compressor activities, as well as its positioning in the market. In practice, Schulz Compressores S.A. will continue being part of Schulz S.A. and will maintain the current organizational, statutory and administrative structure.
